Innohub's Commitment to Agriculture?

Imagine a world where farmers are masters of their destiny, where they harness nature's solutions to improve soil quality and the quality of their crops. This is the vision of Climate-Resilient Agriculture, a vision Innohub aims to contribute to achieving through various agricultural initiatives and partnerships.?

Innohub has been at the forefront of creating a resilient agricultural sector for sustainable food security. Over the past nine years, we have supported two thousand six hundred (2600) AgriVentures nationwide to scale up and increase their capacity. This year, we have extended our support to nine hundred and forty-four (944) entrepreneurs in agriculture, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable agriculture in Ghana. Notably, 59.1% of these beneficiaries are females, whilst 40.9% are males.

As we honour the invaluable contributions of our farmers, we also acknowledge the unprecedented challenges they face. With its erratic weather patterns and unpredictable seasons, climate change poses a significant threat to their livelihoods. Another critical challenge farmers face is access to affordable financing. Yet, they persevere, adapting to these challenges with resilience and ingenuity.

We celebrate these farmers who embrace sustainable farming practices, adopting innovative techniques that conserve water, reduce emissions, and enhance soil health. By blending tradition with technology, they are building a more resilient and sustainable future for agriculture.?

We pledge to continue supporting their efforts by providing continuous training, access to affordable finance, markets and, modern technology through our various initiatives, and agricultural research and development. Together, we can build a future where our farmers thrive, our food systems are resilient, and our planet is healthy.?
