In this podcast, Dr. Efi Pylarinou deep dives into the impact AI has had on digital transformation. In this conversation with Irene from Sauga Talks, she explains that a ?significant portion of the discussion focuses on the transition from traditional to AI-native business models. Pylarinou categorizes businesses into four types: traditional, digitally-native, blockchain-native, and AI-native. Traditional businesses, which have existed for decades, often rely on outdated tools and mindsets. These businesses may attempt to adopt digital technologies but often struggle to achieve true transformation.


Over the past two decades, we've seen many evolutions in business models, from traditionally linear to platform to direct-to-customer. Today, many companies are digital natives — businesses that began operations in the Internet age and rely on digital technologies to run effectively. Now, with the birth of AI, can a new class of business models solve the linearity and design problems that digital natives need to address? Over Memorial Day weekend, I made a pledge to use my Vision Pro to shoot spatial content every day.
