Building Bridges: Senior Students Guide Juniors Through Group Discussions
Senior students at our school have taken the initiative to conduct group discussions with junior students, fostering a healthy relationship and providing valuable guidance for the future. These sessions are designed to create an open, supportive environment where juniors can express their concerns, ask questions, and gain insights from those who have recently navigated similar challenges. Through these discussions, seniors share their experiences, offer study tips, and discuss career planning, helping juniors feel more prepared and confident about their academic and professional journeys.
This initiative has significantly bridged the gap between different student cohorts, promoting a sense of community and mutual respect. The juniors benefit from the mentorship and advice, while seniors develop leadership skills and a sense of responsibility. This program has already shown positive results, with many juniors reporting increased motivation and clarity about their goals.
Special thanks go to S. Siva Lingam , Sarvesh Y , Ishaan H shah , Aakash Maghi , and Govardhanan Arulselvan for their dedication and effort in making these discussions impactful. Their commitment to helping their peers exemplifies the spirit of our school and highlights the importance of peer support in academic and personal development. Together, they are building a stronger, more connected student community.
