A Brand is not a logo.
a brand is not a few high performing pieces of content. Or Slogan. or a color. We are losing sight of what brand means & so many business owners are overwhelmed by the ambiguity.
Building a Brand is building TRUST. you build that trust with 4 things:
1- A good product: It has to be useful, functional, and well designed.
2- A great Story: it may be a founder's story, product story, or your ability to speak to the story of your customer.
3- A great experience: This is UX/UI (User experience/user Interface) strong customer service and great purchase, delivery & unboxing experience.
4-Consistency: Consistence message, presentation & execution. Inconsistency is death by 1000 cuts when it comes to brand.
