Using data analytics to gain insights into consumer preference, purchase history, and demographic to personalize marketing messaging around product offering and promotion; use of automation tools to deliver personalized messages to consumers via email marketing and other digital forms and include user-generated content and reviews to market authenticity and trust.
Spreading loyalty-based services that cater to product discounts that incentivize consumers to make repeat purchases with personalized offerings and rewards; use tiered systems that encourage consumers to accumulate points and achieve milestones; use a game-based approach where consumers are challenged to earn points or badges by making purchases.
Create support content like forums, marketplaces, or any other consumer-based platform that promotes sharing and interaction between your customers.
