Building Bonds, Breaking Barriers: Our Prague Team-Building Experience

There’s something extraordinary about bringing a global team together in one place. This November, our team members from India, Serbia, Germany, and Switzerland gathered in Prague for an unforgettable team-building experience. Over four days, we connected across cultures, celebrated achievements, and envisioned the future of our company—all while soaking in the charm of one of Europe’s most beautiful cities.

Here’s a recap of our memorable journey.

Day 1: Welcoming Moments and New Beginnings ??

The excitement was palpable as colleagues arrived from across the globe, some meeting in person for the first time. The evening began with a warm welcome from Dirk Reich , our Chairman of the Board, whose inspiring presentation set the tone for the days ahead.

To make everyone feel special, each team member received thoughtful gifts and personalized letters—a touching reminder of our shared journey. We ended the day by going through the agenda, eager for what lay ahead.

Day 2: Celebrating Success and Building Vision ?

Day two was all about reflection and ambition. Our management team delivered a series of insightful presentations:

• Jan Sigmund , our CEO, shared an inspiring overview of our achievements and goals.
• Alexander Sigmund , CTO, highlighted the incredible work of our development and customer success teams.
• Sandro Br?ndle , CDAO, detailed the progress of the DAA and Shared Service Center teams.
• Ritik Luthra , CCO, spotlighted the contributions of marketing, sales, and partner teams.

The afternoon brought a unique experience—a ride through Prague on a historical tram. It was the perfect way to enjoy the city’s charm while strengthening bonds with colleagues. We ended the day with a workshop that sparked creativity and collaboration, followed by a wonderful dinner.

Day 3: Inspiration and Exploration ??

The third day began with an inspiring presentation by Prof. Dr. Sebastian Kummer , a member of our Advisory Board and Academic Director of Logistics & Supply Chain Management at WU Wien. His expertise offered valuable perspectives for our journey ahead.

The rest of the day was a mix of teamwork and fun. Group workshops fostered collaboration, while team games brought out our competitive spirit. In the evening, we explored Prague’s iconic landmarks, including Charles Bridge, the Astronomical Clock, and the historic city center.

Day 4: Wrapping Up with Insights and Adventure ??

On our final day, the spotlight was on the workshops as each group shared their findings and insights. The ideas exchanged during these sessions underscored the innovation and passion within our team.

A special thank you to Manfred Schellhammer , the Board Member, and Martin Willhaus , Head of the Advisory Board, for their attentive listening and for selecting the winning team from the workshops.

The event concluded with an inspiring closing meeting, after which we ventured to Prague Castle for one last moment of exploration together. The grand finale? Escape room games that tested our problem-solving skills, followed by a delightful Czech dinner where we raised our glasses to a successful event.
