Recently, the final steel beam was raised during a topping out ceremony at the OneNKY Center in Covington, Kentucky. This 47,000-square-foot office building is set to open in 2025 and will be home to many notable companies in the Northern Kentucky/Greater Cincinnati region. ?

On May 14th, Hemmer Construction Company attended an open house event hosted by Packsize in Louisville. As the general contractor, we were excited to see this project come to life and celebrate our work together.
Paul Hemmer Company to construct third Boardwalk Residences building at Ovation in Newport, KY. ?
The third Boardwalk Residences building at Newport’s Ovation development is set to be constructed by Hemmer. The Boardwalk Residences include three luxury condominium buildings, with five floors, facing the Ohio Riverfront. Corporex, the project manager and developer, hired Hemmer Construction Company to spearhead the third building in Newport.
