We are excited to announce the start of the Dermody LogistiCenter at Airport West in Louisville, Kentucky, scheduled for 2025. This 151,800 SF speculative building will offer state-of-the-art logistics solutions, featuring 24 dock doors, 2 drive-in doors, and a 32-foot warehouse clearance. This project reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality industrial spaces that meet the needs of modern businesses.
