Texas is becoming a premier destination for filmmaking creating a wide array of creative jobs and economic activity. Alton Butler II with Line 204 LLC and Adena Lewis, Bastrop County are leading the way with increased tourism and economic development in Central Texas.

We will leverage Line 204 LLC 21st century?XR Stage stages?to accelerate production of many of the programs, including documentaries, films, shorts, screenplays, and even events leveraging the new campus.

Innovation Resource Management (IRM) platform - Zebra a region-wide digital platform to accelerate the collaborations with Strategic Doing, an open-source protocol to speed collaboration, and a challenge-centric, cohort approach to applying new skills of collaboration. . Zebra will use graph databases and tools to enable researchers and practitioners to evaluate new civic networks as they form. Innovative, adaptive policies can also power self-directed teams and cross-boundary collaborations.

The Zebra IRM is a digital version of the Strategic Doing method and is both a learning and development AI platform that will provide an exoskeleton for the growth of a network of interconnected ecosystems. Regional markets confront enormous risks as well as substantial opportunities from the rapid, complex digital transformation of their economies occurring now. They enable new approaches to every socio-technical system from education and healthcare to transportation and manufacturing. Socio-technical systems align the technical characteristics of an emerging technology — distributed computing, for example — with the social components of values, norms, and policies. Together, these two dimensions produce social and economic outcomes. These technical and social systems are intertwined, so they must be considered together. They give rise to an important question. How do we create an open, collaborative process so that technical and social dimensions can co-evolve and move us toward an economy that is more inclusive, equitable, and sustainable? The challenges of designing new socio-technical systems for the deployment of distributed computing within communities must overcome a range of challenges: organizational fragmentation, data access, data security, and divergent perspectives on wicked problems.
