A Day in the Life
Last week, I had an exciting session with one of my mentoring clients who successfully created a lead magnet to enhance their authority and trust in their LinkedIn outreach campaign.
We strategically placed the lead magnet in the featured section of their profile, making it easily accessible to potential clients.
Using prompts from Claude 3.5 Sonnet, we crafted and refined the content through several iterations to ensure it resonates with their target audience.
How are you leveraging lead magnets in your funnel?

A few words from me...
I caught up with an old school friend over the weekend—he's the COO of a global paint business and is incredibly sharp.
We talked about profit improvement, and I asked him for the silver bullets in his industry.
His response was quick and direct:
"There's no such thing as a silver bullet."
With 25 years in the business, he insisted there are about 50 key factors to get right.
It made me reflect on running a tech consulting business. While I don't think there are 50, I do see seven crucial areas to focus on:
1. Planning Profits:
Find the right mix of consulting, implementation services, and support.
2. Positioning:
Choose a niche and create content that attracts your ideal clients.
3. Packaging:
Develop offers that convert.
4. Prolific Promotion:
Leverage platforms like YouTube and LinkedIn to expand your reach.
5. Profitable Conversations:
Diagnose before you prescribe.
6. Power Partnering:
Build relationships that allow you to reach many through one.
7. People-Centric:
Focus on what's essential and empower your team to handle the rest.
Given your experience, what have I missed?
Regards
Paul
