Builders of Bridging #34: Mari Ruddy

Mari Ruddy backs my mission to create a more cooperative community through my Patreon because she loves me and she loves all the inclusion, joy, fun, and magic I create everywhere I go. In her own words, “Of course I support you and I hope many, many more will support you too!!!”

Big picture: Mari Rudy is a LinkedIn coach, writer, teacher, speaker, social media maven and an amateur endurance athlete. She is also a survivor who has had type 1 diabetes for over 36 years and survived breast cancer twice.

Passion: Mari loves to help people improve their LinkedIn presence. She meets people one-on-one (in person or virtually) and in small groups to create LinkedIn profiles that sing! As someone who has greatly benefited from her LinkedIn coaching, I highly recommend hiring Mari for a two hour consultation. Find out more at LinkedIn Profile Magic.

Awesomeness: Mari’s awesomeness shines through in how she loves to build community, to keep a positive outlook on life, to teach, to write and to believe always that Magic Happens!

How we met: Mari and I first connected 2,007 e-mails ago in January of 2015 when she joined the Lean In Together Minneapolis-St. Paul Chapter. We met in-person shortly thereafter when Mari attended our quarterly leaders meeting, or what I dubbed the “Super Bowl of Lean In Together,” on February 1. It has been a game changer to have Mari as my Lean In Together MSP co-organizer for the last three years.

Visit my Patreon to find out more about my bridging work and to join Mari on my community building team. Act quickly and you could claim the supporter #61 title.
