Confidence building takes time!

There are some crafts that need to be learned. I wonder what the masters did to learn them. For sure they also learnt their art by observing at least one either physically or mentally!

The same is true of confidence building it needs to be mastered systematically. The results are great if it is built on gradually with feedback taken on board at every step of the way.

While some anxiety is productive, stressing too much about small details could get in the way.
