You must be doing something right to still be there at work. Have you heard the expression from grade school "It takes one to know one?" Most of my employers have been "hard nose" types bullish or very focused, which may create a stiff atmosphere in the workplace. However, I would say that most of them I had a talk with or at least the supervisor and see what could be done. In the cases where I worked directly for the head cheeses, I have had talks with them.
And those that I stayed for a while, I understood their nature, their drive, and their hopes and dreams. I guess that I am lucky in that my bosses enjoyed having me. I did the work in a manner that was above what they expected; polite, earnest, trustworthy, dependable and they even liked what I was trying to do to get where I wanted to be.
But I assume you don't have a rich uncle, a relative that passed and willed you a lot of fortune, your father or grandfather that is an owner in a business or partner, or such or you would have worked something out already? Next, then you have to go to plan B. This is where you devise or invent a new thing, have some new concept. Nah, I thought not. Next, is the possibility of starting your own business, something that you have some knowledge and experience about doing, and you go to borrow money from the bank, loaner, SBA or whatever. (We already assume that you have no rich somebody that you can borrow to start).
Unless your idea for a business is really something, then the loaners will look at your past work experience, and how much money that you have made and saved, and are planning on making in the future. You could or probably will have to have a co-signer. These are the people that have done the job thing right way for a while. Maybe you can find one that will consent. So, please know that the system is "rigged" in that nobody wants to give their money away.
The idea now would be to learn what you can at what you are doing for as long as you can, or move on to a job that is less stressful for you, and do that as long as you can until you can amass the experience and cash to start your own business. But if you are really lucky, you can win the Lotto, play the tables or slots at the casinos, find a buried treasure below your ancestral house basement.
Fortunately I have some experience in the era of turning fretful, threatening situations into satisfaction, no matter who my boss is. I have had a trailer full of angry people who were seeing significant losses in the just discovered situation, and found ways to help everyone see the mutual interest so that we could all profit from the project. Most situations have the potential to be interpreted in different ways. How you perceive a particular situation often determines whether you get satisfaction, or frustration. When you look for opportunities to create satisfaction, rather then accentuating the negatives, you usually can.
It has helped me that I learned to adhere to some simply stated recognitions that few don't know in more diffuse, or partial form. You are unique, and so is everyone else. Keeping this in mind will protect you from expectations of automatic agreement, and cultural, ethnic prejudice. You need more than just yourself, in order to live, and so does everyone else. Keeping this in mind will protect you from spoiling your relationships, and environment. There are things you know, and a whole lot you don’t. That’s true for everybody. Keeping this in mind protects you from feeling inadequate.
Nothing actually happens, unless the conditions for it to happen are right. This knowledge help to understand origins. What goes around, comes around. This simple sentence keeps you from making false assumptions about what to do. Lives change, yet life goes on. This very powerful bit wisdom help to reduce the pain of impermanence. Focus your attention. No coach, mentor, instructor, teacher doesn’t emphasize this aspect of success. For those who agree, the next question is, "How can I make these realities the center of my activities, and turn the poison that is everywhere into the opportunity for thriving?"
There's a vast industry that has one, two, or three of these points as its mainstay. You can slog through he files, or you can focus on using neuroplasticity to noble your brain to operate on those principles simultaneously. You choose to work 9 to 5 and will have to use your weekends & evening , join the proven / good Network Marketing but before you join them, you really need to research whether it really suit you or not. It didn't work for me!
Here is the chance to create a recurring income, one that continues after you stop working, giving you the elusive reward of money and the time to enjoy it. MLM is a relatively new business model. and like all new things, there is a percentage of the public who are sceptical. It is based on leveraging others people’s time and money. This is the way of all great wealth. For instance, Bill Gates is wealthy because millions of other people buy his products. This is created by having thousands of people work for him.
All great financial empires are built by employing others and finding or creating a market that engages others to either invest their time or spend their money. I believe it was Andrew Carnegie who once said, “I’d rather than 1% of 100 people’s efforts, than 100% of my one. ”MLM allows you to build a team of motivated independent individuals, who in building their own income, create yours. Pros: Little or no financial risk. The most anyone should invest is to buy some products to try, to see if they are products that you would use for your lifetime, so that you can recommend them to others . Cheers!
