When we tell small business owners to just "get started," they often rush in without building essential foundations. Not every business idea is ready to launch right away.

Yes, business is about speed – but what’s the benefit of moving fast without a solid structure? Too many entrepreneurs have a “business” without actually being in business: they’re unregistered, lack legal protection, have no real marketing strategy and miss the foundational setup that sustains growth.
