Build Senior Living to Construct New Senior Care Facility in Fort Worth to Meet Growing Demand

We are excited to announce that Build Senior Living, LLC is expanding our services to the Fort Worth area with the upcoming construction of our new Hampton Manor facility. As our population continues to age, we recognize the growing need for senior care facilities that cater to the middle class. Our new facility will offer both assisted living and memory care services to seniors in the area.

Located at 7000 Harris Pkwy, our new facility will total 70,000 square feet and is estimated to cost over $14 million with private funding. Construction is set to begin this April, with a completion date slated for October 2024.

As our Managing Director and CEO Shahid Imran stated, there is a great need for a middle-class senior facility in Texas. That's why we are not only building our Hampton Manor of Fort Worth facility, but we are also constructing another Hampton Manor facility in Crowley, set to open in January 2024.
