Showing your process allows potential prospects to see that the success you’ve brought isn’t just luck, there’s strategic thinking and a methodology behind the results you bring. How do you demonstrate?
You can showcase your frameworks, processes and critical thinking you use to solve problems. You can tell stories on how you used X to achieve Y, you can interview clients, you can demonstrate LIVE and use various use cases.
This is a constant evolution, because your goal as an expert and consultant is to be seeking out new and unique frameworks, re-inventing your own, always working on your positioning and staying on the cutting edge of your industry.
Recently, I’ve been working on a framework called “Deal Gravity” - where big deals and projects are attracted to you because of how you price, package and position your services.
When you wire all of that in, it’s inevitable that you land BIG gigs.

The Study

About a month ago, this video was going viral on YouTube. It’s from a Neurosurgeon that got overwhelmed with his life and ran away to the mountains. He quit his job and wanted to carve a new path.
It’s a 48-min video of him discussing his displeasure with his practice. He expressed how when he did brain surgery, for someone to recover they needed to improve their diet, their habits and their lifestyle.
More often than not? He’d do surgery, and nothing would change. With a holistic approach, everything would change.
He was tired of that.
If something isn’t working, more often than not it’s not just the strategy that’s messing someone up. There’s something entirely different that needs to be addressed beforehand.
