1. Test your message.
Testing your message as your company grows is vital, particularly if your business pivots at any point. There are many ways to test your message, from focus groups to networking groups to customer surveys. The one way that does not work is coming up with a message, deciding it’s good enough, and then using it across all sales channels.
2. Reduce complexity.
Do things that work, and don’t do things that do not.?
That sounds simple, and it is. However, it requires you to have a system to determine what works and what does not. For example, you may promote your business on LinkedIn, go on forty podcasts, attend five networking events, and host a webinar. How are you going to determine where the new clients came from??
