The build-measure-learn feedback loop is something every person should pursue and preach.
The initial opinion after observing the book you might be guessing it’s something relevant to entrepreneurship and business arguments.
Similar was my belief before examining but as I had committed myself to seek some unusual stuff additional than to formal work. I force myself to finish it.
The Build-measure-learn feedback loop. What we usually do is we continuously toil and take feedback regularly.
Learn
But do we honestly think about it, do we evaluate it, do we deep drive it. The answer at least to me would be no. But this book compelled me to scratch my head and think for a while that how are we heading to any task. It's not only about the start-up or business but in general term, the task allotted to us by our association, the objective and commitment we have set to accomplish. How are we educating for it? What we usually do is to avoid the escalations and finalize the work anyhow. We tend to wrap up it up always and move on. Do we truly have that much courage to speak one's mind and take the feedback?
Build
Are we going to distance our self from carrying the risk? How much time do we disburse to enhance our skill set and knowledge? Or we will give excuses that Artificial Intelligence is taking our job. Are we constructive to give input to our organization and add value to it and the same way accept it from our end?
Measure
Did we learn from our misstep and if yes then what's the explanation for it? And even if the solution is prepared is it giving rise to bring modification within you to avoid repeating it again.
