Build A Fortress !

You may or may not know (if we haven’t spoken for a while) that after the corporate world decided it could carry on without me and I decided to take control of my life and not have my and my families future dictated by people who I didn’t know me things are very different , in a good way, for me and my family these days.

It is fair to say property investing has been at the core of this freedom, but it has allowed me to explore a long-held passion for marketing. So it now makes sense to combine the two. 

Using the Entrepreneurs Marketing and Sales System for Property Businesses I am helping businesses in the property business / industry call it what you will to rhythmically get and keep customers. If your business has a property element and you rely on getting and keeping clients, then these insights are for you. If you are not you are still welcome.

Lets be honest ,its tough in the property world right now it often feels like you need to build a fortress and anyone that pretends it's easy is a charlatan.

Getting even a single additional customer can often be the hardest thing.

Which is why you need a fortress. Not one formed from stone with flags on the battlements. No, you need a fortress to protect TWO THINGS:

Your MIND and your TIME.

How you think, and what you do.

When it comes to success and the attraction of wealth, pretty much nothing else is going to matter.

If you can’t protect your productivity and you can’t protect your thinking, you are stuffed. Properly stuffed.

We are, all of us, constantly under attack – whether it's email, phone calls, social media, and especially the news these days . If you allow the barbarians even an inch across the ramparts, all your goals, plans, and strategies can end up in ruins.

Too many business owners are TOO distracted. At the mercy of other people's agenda and the price they pay is high indeed.

For me, it's why my holidays and time away was so important, but now it is a daily walk along Goodrington beach. Time to think, you see. Clearly. Without distraction. I can be struggling with an issue, leave the office, fresh sea air and my mind is free. If you cant do that work out were is your peaceful haven, cutting the lawn, cleaning the car, the shower or bath ?

My 90 minutes every day of course, is my drawbridge. It's pulled up every morning around 8.30/8.45am ( I have spent many years getting up at the crack of dawn , its not my style now), and no-one gets across it until I emerge around 10.15am ready to take on whatever the day throws at me because by then I've already done the most important things.

Your mind and your time. The two most valuable things for every entrepreneur, everywhere in the world. Today and every day.

They need guarding and protecting - pretty much with your life because the life you lead is determined to a very large extent by how well you look after and nurture the pair of 'em.

Mount the barricades...
