Daily Brick: Have you ever engaged in an outdoor activity and experienced a fall? It is most surprising and sometimes very dangerous to fall as an adult which can lead to a bruise on your skin, a sprain or even a fracture. These kinds of experiences are often caused by our desire to try new things and? to set new records. Most of the time, we don’t weigh the risks and consequences of responding to such urges and prompts we get. The truth is that nothing worthy could ever be achieved if we remain at a spot and never dare new things. What do you do when you experience a fall or face a threatening situation? How do you respond to a failed attempt? God assures you of His ever-present preservation and protection in all your ways, but you must be aware of this and be in His presence every minute of your life. You cannot be outside of God and expect His protection and care. You cannot be adamant to His instructions and disobedient to His counsel and expect such privileges of absolute security. Nothing missing, nothing broken is a declaration and reality of those who commit their lives and work to Christ Jesus the Author and Finisher of their faith. Have you received Him into your life? If yes, do you obey His instructions? If not, what is stopping you? God wants to enhance your life and all you do. He wants to protect you and all that matter to you. It gives Him utmost pleasure to see us succeed and flourish on the earth. In fact, that is why He created us – to replicate His awesomeness here on earth through our gifts and abilities. You may have been faithful and obedient and yet experience multiple failures in your endeavours. Do not quit. God is working out in you a kind of character that will help you accommodate the great things coming to you. Keep moving forward.
