After reading a thought-provoking article from McKinsey on "What is Business Transformation?", I had an insightful discussion with my network about organizational change, business transformation, and culture. During the conversation, we identified several key areas that organizations must focus on to build a culture of continuous transformation and achieve a competitive advantage. It became clear that business transformation is not only about changing processes and systems, but also requires a shift in mindset towards innovation, agility, and continuous improvement. I strongly believe that the following seven areas foster a culture of continuous transformation and yield competitive advantages:
