INFORMATION…<< INTENTION>>… IMPLEMENTATION.
This is an interesting sequence or structure. Imagine this like two sides of the river. On the left bank is where you might be now i.e Information. On the right bank is where you might want to be i.e Implementation. The bridge between these two is the intention. Before you get confused and scroll away, let me explain with an example.

Running daily keeps you healthy - Information. You know it.
I want to stay healthy - Intention. The desire to do it.
I've made a habit of running* daily - Implementation. The act of doing it.
.
So, you know running* is good for you. Running* is, fortunately, something you've learned quite early and you need not enroll for online courses or go to coaching classes. Running doesn't need you to pay for gym subscriptions nor get steroid injections. Once the lazy ass is moved and put into motion, that's pretty much done.

The question is - "Are you running?"
.
So, if you're not running*, WHY? Ask yourself. You shouldn't ask yourself with dejection or harsh criticism. You should ask yourself with gentle curiosity. You should ask yourself with deep love to help yourself. You should ask yourself with a determination to push yourself towards better. You should be a good friend/mentor/mom to yourself in that process of questioning.

WHY?

The curiosity will throw light into the things which are blocking you. No, these are not random excuses. There will be things beyond that. Curiosity is like that ray of sunshine which brings real reason into the light.

The self-love will help you accept what you are, without you escaping or running away from it.

The strong determination will help you take action which will give you tangible results.
.
Mind you, this is a process and not a one time spurt of random activity. The process is what you need to focus on. Doing it daily is like building a bridge. A bridge on intention. Once you keep doing the process of introspection and small action repeatedly, the bridge gets slowly built. Once done, you will finally have access to the right state i.e Implementation.

INTENTION IS QUITE POWERFUL. Build it. Day by day. Don't hear the excuses which your inner critic say.
People with right and strong intent motivated nations towards freedom, man towards space. My dear friend you too can be one in the legendary league, just tie those shoelaces.
You might not want to come out of bed, your eyes will show up red, you don't feel like moving but alas, you're not dead.
The weather will be cold, you will have so many give up stories which can be sold. Don't listen to them, just run Forrest run…the energy source of the Universe is cheering for you, he's called the SUN.

(Please note, running is just an example and you can reference other things with the same template like eating fruit like apple every day, doing 10 minutes of meditation, 30-minute gym workout anything. You know these are useful and helps you stay healthy. Building your intention will help you act on information and move towards implementation.
