Build a Bench for Good
During the month of May Housing Industry Association (HIA) is raising awareness of the HIA Charitable Foundation through our Build Support Month challenge.
This year each of HIA’s Executive Directors and our Managing Director have been given the challenge to ‘Build a Bench for Good’ for their region. Built with the support of local members, the bench seats will auctioned later this month to raise donations and awareness of the HIA Charitable Foundation.
Over the past 12 years the HIA Charitable Foundation has done some great work to support people in the industry and community, including donating over $1.2M to Beyond Blue connecting people to mental health support.
With the assistance of the team at Butler Building and the support of Bunnings Trade the Hunter bench seat is coming together well.?
There is plenty of confidence from others that they have built the best seat but clearly with a few coats of varnish to go you must agree this has to be the best to date ??.
