As the leaves start to change color and fall to the ground, it got me thinking about preparations for 2025.? Those falling leaves serve as ground protection – warmth and nutrients for future growth.? Some may be discarded attempts, and some may be a successful outcome that served its purpose and will lead to future opportunities.?? All had learnings involved…

What’s ahead for you or your workplace??? What must happen in the next 90 days to give you confidence moving into the new year?? Where can you grow confidence as an individual and where can you grow engagement as a workplace culture?

Does your strategic plan have an individual growth element?? Does your strategic plan have a “people” focused element?

I always think of the Fall as a time to prepare the earth for growth through the Winter.

Shake off the leaves of 2024 and get to work preparing for new growth in 2025, before winter!? What you do today will prepare your organization for new buds next year.
