BUDGET YOUR OFFICE WITH SUCCESS!

TWO BUDGETS.

1. The first one you have expenses for your office 50,000 so you plug in those expenses to your budget and spend down and month after month you spend down. Your business will stop growing and close down because you stop looking to increase your revenue, your expenses get higher with no vision for more you don't grow.

1. Now you take that same budget and spend up. Take what you have coming in and spend your budget with your expenses but, with a few adjustments. You start taking away what is not needed; you keep the programs in place but find a way to obtain them with out spending the money for the services. Use other resources like your community resources and reach out to your neighbors, get ideas for new programs with fewer expenses and always find a way to grow your budget beyond your own expectations and be always open to suggestions of new ideas. This budget will help your company grow and be prosperous. The 50,000 will become 100,000 dollars but your budget will be millions more then what you had by spending up instead of spending down.
