Bucks County Market Report Q1 2024

The trends continued through the first quarter of this year in Bucks County. While demand has fluctuated with interest rates, home values rapidly appreciated due the ongoing inventory shortfall.

The average price of a home sold in Q1 2024 was 13.9% higher than the previous year while the number of homes for sale was down more than 15 percent.

I see this play out every day with homes receiving multiple offers and selling only in a few days. More and more people are visiting the open houses I host.
