8 年I agree with ?ukasz and Christos that sector bracing is important to improve the stability . But the smallest eigenvalue is 4.78, so I have a question, the structure is not stable with this eigenvalue?

8 年I agree with ?ukasz Skotny that sector bracing (forming a cross in plan view) would probably be required. If I'm not mistaken API-650 has provisions on this.

8 年Hey Carlos! I think it would be nice to add some sector bracing in the roof (something like 4?). The thing is that most stability failures you have estimated with LBA are torsional in nature... those are tricky! With such diameter I think roof bracing would be nice. I would love to hear your opinion on that! Cheers ?ukasz
