need to add growth, what are the growth options to the cloud servers, can how much memory can you add on the fly? how any cpus can you add on the fly? or how difficult would it be to add those things. Do you have data from other business sources? how easy is their white list security? Do you want something open to public? How is building out containerizatrion? How is customer support?
