Extremely pleased to have achieved Full Planning Permission for a two storey extension and reconfiguration of a historic property in the village of Penn, Buckinghamshire. The contemporary form and material palette takes cues from the flint of the existing building and nearby properties and the roof forms take reference from steep roof pitches seen across the Chilterns.

The new volume not only provides extensive social space to a restricted historic plan it also unlocks long range views and connections to the wider landscape across the Chilterns.
