A Bucket List of Books for Beating Burnout for Busy Business Leaders

Did you know executives may be twice as likely to experience mental illness than the general population (source )?

And that rate appears to be growing.

A recent study found the proportion of top US executives that reported struggling with their mental health was 31% in 2022, compared with 12% in 2018 (source ).

And I'm hearing more and more business leaders in Australia describe the pressure they are under to be at an all time high resulting in overwhelm bordering on burnout.

So I asked the LinkedIn community last week for the best resources they knew for beating burnout, overwhelm and anxiety for executives.
