A customer profile is a great help for clarifying your proposition, your marketing strategy and plan.
A typical profile includes details such as their name (made up but makes it personal), age, family circumstances, what they do for a living or business, their income, what pressures and challenges they have, their ambitions, their frustrations, what social media they use and why they use it - what do they Google? What do they find difficult to do?
When you have a few of these you can use them to work out what your marketing messages need to be and where you should put them - try it out and let us know how you get on?
