BSI Kitemark? for Service Excellence

BSI Kitemark? for Service Excellence

In today's fiercely competitive marketplace, customers expect exceptional service and reward organizations and brands with loyalty when they receive it.

The 英国标准协会 Kitemark? for Service Excellence is a certification that uses three leading customer service standards and further Kitemark? measures to give truly great customer service operations the recognition they deserve. Organizations who achieve this #Kitemark? are proving they are putting customers first, and consistently providing a service experience that meets their expectations.

Originally known as the British Standard Mark, the BSI Kitemark? was first registered as a trademark way back in June 1903. Now used by organizations around the world, Kitemark? certification means that a product or service’s claim has been independently and repeatedly tested by experts. As a result, consumers can have trust and confidence in products and services that are BSI Kitemark? certified.

#TheStandardsShow spoke to BSI’s Julie Walker Walker and Chris Parry about the purpose behind the development of the Service Excellence Kitemark?, its intended audience, and the benefits it offers to both organizations and consumers.

But it wasn't all professional conversation. Being #TheStandardsShow, Julie and Chris also shared their personal #standardsjourneys.
