I know you think I bleat on about Business Planning all the time, and I also know some of you question “why you need one” after all you’re a small business, you make enough cash to tick a long so you’re good!

But…what if you could do so much more with your business, what if you could have that bit of extra cash in the bank or a shiny new car just occasionally or even the freedom to just take some downtime and enjoy a day out as you’re business was running soooo smoothly without you it’s a dream!!

That last paragraph is exactly why I bleat on about Business Planning and the importance of having one!

There is a very sad statistic though that makes my eyes water! Only 33% of small businesses have a business plan and quite often its due to funding! And 20% fail during the first two years in business….

Now here’s a real fact for you what that literally makes my heart sing!

70% of businesses survive and grow beyond 5 years as they have and follow a strategic business plan!!!
