I'm experimenting with when I release No BS Career Advice to see whether a Sunday date offers more of you a chance to read it than a Wednesday date.

Why?
Companies that operate on a calendar year basis are finalizing 2025 budgets in October. I know of many instances where someone is written into the budget as employees, or as consultants until the end of the year, and then converted to staff in the new calendar year.
A quick, "Hi! How are you," call, email or text can lead to your next job.
