You know this for sure. Running?UA in soft launch?in limited countries. But you want to open up more for whatever reasons. (Creative testing, liquidity, CPI challenges, new localisation, new channel, you name it)

So you fire up those campaigns and suddenly you see:

A) super high CPIs

B) comments under your creative saying the game is not available on the store

What the f…. oops! We should check the countries before we spend money in it.?Happened to me multiple times in the past and I keep forgetting about it!

Today was a good day.

A: Hey man! Great podcast about the certain UA channel. I would love to schedule a call with you & my team to share knowledge and pick your brain a bit. (Of course, this is not a paid consultation. We just want to “chat”) Can we do it around 9pm your time?

B: Yeah okay, why not. We can chat. But since I have a small 9 months old unicorn, I can do only 5-5:30pm.

A: Perfect, let’s do it at 6:30pm your time.

B: Ehm, I can do 5:00 or 5:30pm.

A never replied back. Interesting thought process. A wants something, ideally for free and B needs to change the schedule for A. How about no?!
