  3. People who are impersonal to coffee but use it to get through the day.?

The Bad Behind Coffee

Coffee isn’t bad. But anything consumed too much can be harmful.?

Coffee can indeed trigger anxiety and more stress?for some people?based on a wide variety of potential factors. If you feel like your nervous system is moving at 120 mph while drinking coffee and then afterwards you crash and feel terrible. That’s a clear sign coffee may not be right for you.?Check out potential factors to avoid below.

Avoid:

  • Drinking more than 2 cups of coffee.
  • Drinking coffee on an empty stomach (impacts digestion negatively).
  • Drinking a massive mug of coffee.
  • Drinking coffee during or immediately right after eating (decreases ability to digest nutrients from food).
  • Drinking coffee with sugar / added sweeteners.

What To Do Instead

  • Drink 2 mini-cups of small coffee.
  • Drink coffee 20-30 minutes after eating.
  • Drink smaller cups of coffee more frequently than one big massive mug.
  • Drink coffee and enjoy the taste of its flavor without sugar.
  • Drink coffee with a healthy fat source to exentuate the impact of caffeine.


The Cost of Not Drinking Coffee

If you’re drinking more alcohol / energy drinks / processed drinks instead of coffee…

Not the best idea.

If you’re learning how to master your own energy without a drink and maybe consuming matcha or green tea…

Much better.

Coffee can indeed help many people and be apart of a healthy lifestyle.?Coffee for some people helps stave off depression?(study) and long-term fatigue from other health issues.?

Personally for me ever since I started to consume very small cups of coffee throughout the day after I eat,?it’s a night and day difference?in overall energy levels.

I try to do cleanses where I eliminate coffee a couple of times per year. This gives my body a break.

I’d like to add to the ‘what to do instead?’- drink cacao. I switched up my morning coffee for a morning cacao over 2 years ago and it has changed the game for me. It improves nervous system regulation, increases our immune system and supports our cardiovascular ?? too. So many benefits!
