2 年I try to do cleanses where I eliminate coffee a couple of times per year. This gives my body a break.

2 年I’d like to add to the ‘what to do instead?’- drink cacao. I switched up my morning coffee for a morning cacao over 2 years ago and it has changed the game for me. It improves nervous system regulation, increases our immune system and supports our cardiovascular ?? too. So many benefits!
