Bruce Ritchie is the CEO and 100% owner of Residential Land. Having started as a sole trader, Bruce has turned a small property trading business into a best in class specialist operator – prime central London’s largest private landlord with a multi-billion portfolio.

After leaving school Bruce worked in Harrods, joining their Management Training Scheme and becoming the youngest ever sales manager. By the time Bruce left Harrods he owned 17 properties, some of which he still owns today.

Having completed c.860 property transactions since 1991 under the Residential Land Group of Companies and hundreds more personally prior to its creation, his success and track record speaks for itself.

Bruce is also the joint owner in partnership with Marco Pierre White of the White Star Line restaurant group which have included Mirabelle, Drones, Quo Vadis, Criterion and others.
