Bruce Holoubek takes the stage for the Inaugural Disrupt Milwaukee 11/9

It goes without saying that Laura and I have known Bruce Holoubek since the inception of Disrupt Wisconsin event series. Bruce was there when Laura and I decided to make the Disrupt leap, and he will be there when we retire from putting on events...just kidding...we will Disrupt forever.

Bruce Holoubek is the President and Co-Owner of Contracted Leadership, a company that embeds professionals in C-suite positions or any functional area of management within organizations that need their leadership services on a contract basis.

Bruce is the expert that businesses turn to when they need to internally align their organization through organizational development, human resource management, and implementing processes and systems. He has been a guest speaker and presenter at events ranging from Disrupt Madison to the Wisconsin Women's Health Foundation Annual Gala.

Bruce is an avid blogger and his expert opinion is included in a variety of publications including Zenefits , Wonolo Blog, and Career Resource Institute. Most recently Bruce and his team were featured in InBusiness Madison.

Bruce is a Wisconsin native, and has resided in numerous Wisconsin cities including Milwaukee. Bruce cannot get enough of Wisconsin water sports, networking and eating chocolate ice cream with his 4 year old daughter.
