Google Analytics 4: Browser Appraisal Performance Analysis
Here comes a Google Analytics appraisal of different browsers that individuals use in accessing the internet. The totalled 11 browsers, there is a need to identify the browsers that were accessed the most by all users (new and old).? There is a need to show browsers that have the highest engagement rate when their users log on to the internet. The results are as follows.? For a period under review, Chrome has the highest number of users both (new and old) who accessed the browser and it accounted for approximately 46 %.? Android WebView with 19 %, Safari with 10%, and Safari (the app) with 9 % respectively.
Moreover, this analysis further shows that Amazon Silk and Phoenix Browser have the highest engagement rate of 100%, followed by Android WebView at 87% and Safari at 80%.?? Firefox, Chrome, and Samsung Internet have the lowest engagement rate of 43%,39% and 35% respectively.?
Users who accessed the browser kept decreasing exponentially as the users accessed the least popular ones like Edge, Firefox, etc.
In conclusion, this indicates that Chrome, Android WebView, and Safari was the most accessed browser because of the poor network connection that kept logging its users out continuously, which resulted in repeated sign-in attempts.?
Furthermore, browsers with the least accessed sessions such as Opera, Amazon Silk, and Phoenix have higher engagement rates of 100%, 100%, and 87% respectively, as the browsers were stable and had less interference. It also increased users' performance and appears to be the most reliable of all the browsers.
The recommendation is for Chrome, android WebView, and Safari technical teams to work to improve their connection stability in other to enhance users' experience by increasing engagement sessions. Safari, Edge, and Opera have engagement rates of more than 50% should increase the metric by ensuring more availability best performance, compatibility with all devices to end users, and high browsing experience.
