Brose Run Serbia 2022 annual report
Dear Brose Run Community,
This will be our final message for 2022 and what a year. It has been so liberating to see the team growing from scratch to todays 70 members having together so many experiences and watching the excitement in your faces during the events that we participate together.
?Together we achieved fantastic results:
The team has been holding together and challenging each other during the year. Great competition within the Brose Run community led to great results.
?The main goals of this activity from our perspective have been achieved.
We planned to be good community member. And we did it showing our presence in races around our plant. Novi Sad, Belgrade, Pan?evo – Devoja?ki Bunar. Our presence was good visible and humbly expressed we attracted some people to be more informed who is Brose and what we offer.
?Heath and team spirit is presented in our Brose Run community since all physical activity is very beneficial. AND:
"Individual commitment to a group effort--that is what makes a teamwork, a company work, a society work, a civilization work."

Being a good community member was one of our main targets. Brose management committed to our Brose Run team to exchange every km for 0,1 Euro that can be used upon the team decision for charity purposes that will mainly help someone from our community and serve for life improvement.
Having this great opportunity in mind the team run this year 25.000 km that were exchanged for 2.500 Euro.
Those funds has been donated to Kristijan Ilijin, small child from our co-worker who was borne with arm disability. This donation will help his family find specialist Doctors that can with a series of surgeries improve his conditions.

Thank you, Kristijan, that we could run for you. It was for all of us very liberating during the year running with a target for something good. And the joy in your eyes and the humble thank in the eyes of your relatives were for all the team presence in the meeting very special. It is as well inspiring for the team to run this year minimum the same distance.
