Philip was born and raised in Stuyvesant Town and for the past 12 years has lived in Downtown Brooklyn, where he has happily witnessed the real estate boom that has revitalized the neighborhood. He worked on the business side of the fashion and restaurant industry for many years before joining the world of real estate. He currently volunteers with the HOPE Program and the Red Hook Initiative and enjoys golf, skiing and international travel.
