We’ll be Back.

Having enjoyed our previous stay here, we looked no further for a return visit to Bromley and were not disappointed. During our 4-night stay we were delighted to find the staff just as friendly yet professional as the last time and it’s a tribute to the owners and management that they place such high importance on the care and training of their greatest asset, their staff. This really serves to set this property apart from many of the chain hotels elsewhere. The food and service in both the bars and restaurant was second to none; it was great to find Nish, who we’d met last time, was now working in the main restaurant where he handled our final dinner there with efficiency and courtesy. We were also delighted that Andreas was still providing his fantastic blend of professionalism and humour to the restaurant: his infectious joie de vivre should be bottled! In short, this is a real gem of a hotel, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Thank you.
