Jake Yan and his wife, Sarah, started eGoods Supply Inc. in 2015.? Their first location was their home garage in southern California.?

The business model was simple.? eGoods sold small quantities of IT hardware parts on eBay.? They vowed to supply top-notch products and exceptional customer service.? They committed to offering same-day dispatch, drop-shipping, and a 30-day warranty.

eGoods grew, and the company moved into a 7,000 square-foot warehouse.? After a year on BrokerBin, Jake decided to upgrade his membership to Bold Premier.? In 2018, he invested in banner ads and attended his first Roadshow.? He viewed these opportunities as a strategic move to ramp up his brand exposure on BrokerBin.

Then, COVID hit, and the global economy spun into disarray.? But eGoods got even bigger because Jake and his team went to work addressing the buying needs on BrokerBin.

“We continued to exercise our core values of providing high quality products and fast order fulfillment, shipping same-day whenever possible.? This time was our chance to show our strengths.? I think other members really responded to our commitment to do our best.”

When the 2022 Roadshow in Las Vegas rolled around, Jake realized eGoods could do more on BrokerBin.? He decided to sponsor the Roadshow to gain exposure.

“I was amazed at how the sponsorship helped to prompt an introduction to our company.? We’re still a small company relatively speaking, but we’re growing thanks to the opportunities BrokerBin provides us to connect with other members.”

In the past three years, eGoods has continued with banner ads and Roadshow sponsorships.? The company has seen an increase in new customers following each Roadshow, so much so that eGoods has moved into a larger 17,000 square-foot warehouse, and the team has grown to twenty employees.

“For me, BrokerBin is not just about buying and selling.? It’s a community.? When we are a community, we know and care for others’ needs.? We’re all working together to thrive.? BrokerBin brings us together to build relationships and spark collaborations.”

From Jake’s perspective, any company regardless of its size can grow and thrive on BrokerBin.? It takes honesty and hard work.? It requires knowing your strengths and employing them.? And it demands engagement.
