An Interesting Fact…

Every broker, and pretty much every person in business, will hear a story this week (if you really listen) of a business that needs urgent access to funds.

It might be from a client, overhearing in a coffee shop, or even on the radio. Cash flow problems are the single greatest reason why businesses fail.

There are Solutions!

We have had brokers say to us…”my clients don’t need bridging finance, because they are very successful and wealthy.”

After 15 years of assisting business people in need, the lesson we have learned is NEVER ASSUME. Never assume that they are wealthy and therefore wouldn’t need a short term business loan. We have funded clients with assets worth over $50m in the past, but they just didn’t have access to $1m in cash by the next day.

Also NEVER assume that your business client won’t pay the rate. The role of a good broker is to provide the solution, then let the client make up their own.
