With another busy month for our BDM team attending events and engaging with our brokers across England and Wales, November flew by.
Now, with just a couple of weeks until the Holiday, we’re all catching up on last minute preparations before the break.
Whilst we do this, we’ll continue to be available to respond to you and your clients' needs.
Our opening hours during the festive period are at the bottom of this article.
In the meantime, here’s just some of our news over the last month.
New Build Boosts
We've made lots of updates to our new build criteria this year and provide up to 95% LTV on new build homes and up to 90% LTV on new build flats, with no limits on builder' incentives.
This year, we also launched our new shared ownership product to support first-time buyers taking their first step.
With direct access to our underwriters, we can make speedy decisions, and make even more possible for you and your first-time buyers.

69% of respondents in our latest poll were unaware that our new build mortgage offer is valid for up to 16 months (subject to affordability and lending criteria).

Principality Intermediaries Introduces Lender Connect
Iress' Lender Connect is a platform that will streamline the mortgage process for our brokers by automatically pre-populating mortgage applications with data captured from advice and sourcing software and feed directly into MSO to save time and avoid duplication of effort.
We're trying to make things more straightforward for our brokers.

Mortgage Insider's Guide to Principality Intermediaries
The Mortgage Insider reccomends working with trustworthy lenders like us and has pulled together a guide on all things Principality Intermediaries. It goes through our mortgage products and eligibility criteria. including Buy to Let and Holiday Let mortgages, First Time Buyers' mortgages, New Build Properties mortgages, and Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor mortgages.

Our Digital Team unveiled an amazing new website last month, which we hope you're enjoying. All of our Intermediaries pages have been developed with our broker journey in mind.

Getting it right on MSO
MSO is our Mortgage Sales Origination platform where our brokers can place business with us. We introduced MSO to streamline the mortgage application process and give certainty to our brokers around our decisions.
Did you know: We have a dedicated MSO support hub on our new website. This houses support guides, videos and FAQs to help you with any problems you might have submitting an application.
