Broadgate Search and Trust in SODA *2017

The roof terrace of The Connaught Rooms in London’s Covent Garden was the spectacular venue for this year’s summer party for Broadgate Search and Trust in SODA.

Personnel from Broadgate Search’s London and Dublin offices joined Soda staff and invited guests for a night of celebration and fun.

The message from directors Ben Adams and Ashley Lawrence was positive and upbeat. Both companies, with a sustained sharp trajectory of growth, are expanding and have shown 250% growth since the inception of both businesses. There were congratulations to all for the success of the current shared office and the potential for cross-fertilisation it offered. Plans for a 3000 square feet bespoke office in heart of London are well under way to facilitate the next stage of growth.

Details of the new bespoke training initiative were outlined - personally tailored, brand specific, with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion and an understanding of cross-selling.

The newly expanded back office, which will work across both companies, detailed results of the new satisfaction survey for Broadgate Search and Trust in SODA. The introduction of the NPS survey, to be rolled out regularly, was very much appreciated by candidates and clients alike. One statistic stood out: candidates and clients across the Dublin and London offices were 98 per cent likely to recommend the service to friends and colleagues. 

A new joint super incentive, open to consultants and back office personnel, was revealed: destination - Las Vegas.

After the speeches, it was time to party. There was a rooftop terrace and bar, plenty of excellent food - barbequed in front of you, and the drink flowed. As the evening summer sunshine faded, and with the DJ in place, everyone took to the dance floor. Great night. A great celebration.
