Broaden the IMPACT of your RESOLUTION. This is ??.
Let’s Rap Team!
360-degree care pollinates promoters and extinguishes a “small fire” before it spreads to the forest. It is mitigation working at its best. It creates tremendous value for customers. It creates an income of trust. Trust is an indispensable currency way beyond the worth of gold. If your company is doing this, you are essentially buying stock in a customer’s trust. It’s phenomenal! Try thinking in full circles when resolving and use your expertise as your guide. Here are 4 principles to consider executing:
?? Get to the meat & potatoes of the problem. ??
Identifying the root cause of a customer’s problem can be elusive sometimes. Ask probing question and work with the customer closely to figure out how to solve for the root cause at hand. Leave no stone unturned.
?? Go all in. ??
Execute your action plan to make sure the problem at hand is resolved from every angle and perspective. Map out your full circle resolution and go the extra mile. It’s so worth it.
?? Hotline Bling. ??
Everyone involved in an incident or impacted in an event should be called. When you put out a fire, make sure you put it all out. Those involved deserve nothing less than a call attempt from you. It needs to be done over the phone and it needs to be from you personally. Make the connection.
????? Only You Can Prevent Forest Fires ??
So it is a pun on words here, but maybe it will stick and you will remember it. Once you put out fires, you need to do courtesy callbacks personally to check for rekindles. These follow-ups are a service differentiator. This creates loyal promoter relationships.
Think about how you can execute these 4 principles to the service you provide. How could you apply this to broaden your impact? Level up. ??
