BRITISH LAWYERS FOR RUSSIAN OLIGARCHS DO NOT DENY THAT THEIR CLIENTS HAVE ORDERED THE MURDER OF THE PLAINTIFF IN CONNECTION WITH THE LAWSUIT

I would like to thank once again the journalists who cover the monstrous threats against me from Putin's oligarchs.

In the publications about death threats against me and the recent information about ordering my murder with the help of the Russian FSB in connection with my British lawsuit against the Russian company PhosAgro and its owner - Putin's crony Andrey Guryev, I am most interested in reading the comments of those who are behind these threats – PhosAgro and Guryev.

In the comments transmitted by them through their British lawyers ( Simmons & Simmons , PCB Byrne LLP and Brown Rudnick LLP ), they never even tried to deny the fact of numerous threats from them and the reliability of the information about their ordering my murder. Instead, they take the conversation aside – namely, that I allegedly lost a British lawsuit against them and am addressing journalists allegedly for this reason.

Complete nonsense. I turn to journalists with the goal of protecting my life through publicity against the background of a colossal number of threats and information about the order of my murder. I mention the lawsuit only in the sense that the death threats were accompanied by demands that I drop this British lawsuit, and - in relation to the story about the ordering of my murder - that my murder was ordered precisely in connection with this lawsuit.

The following is also interesting in the comments of the British lawyers of Putin’s oligarchs ( Simmons & Simmons , PCB Byrne LLP and Brown Rudnick LLP, London ). They complain that I did not pay the costs of the oligarchs granted by Lord Justice Bean. The funny thing in this context is that the CORRUPT decision of Lord Justice Bean is so ridiculous and shameful that both Lord Justice Bean himself and the oligarchs (in whose favor he made a corrupt decision) are embarrassed by any mention of this decision. The ridiculousness, clear inadequacy and corrupt nature of this decision are detailed in my unanswered open letter to Lord Justice Bean, which has been downloaded over 1200 times here on LinkedIn.

The British lawyers of Putin's oligarchs ( PCB Byrne LLP ), who are "unhappy" that I did not pay their costs following this decision of Lord Justice Bean, are so embarrassed by this shameful decision that they do not even demand that I fulfill it in terms of costs - they do not even send me demands to pay and bank details for payment.

And probably the most comical aspect associated with this CORRUPT decision is the following. Lord Justice Bean, PhosAgro and Guryev have their pages on Wikipedia. I added to their pages information about the legal victory of PhosAgro and Guryev with the help of Lord Justice Bean, the added text was as follows:

In August 2023, as a judge of the Court of Appeal, Lord Justice Bean considered a civil case against one of Russian largest companies, PhosAgro, and its major owners, including Russian oligarch Andrey Guryev, who was sanctioned by the UK and other countries in relation to the?2022 Russian invasion of Ukraine due to his (Andrey Guryev's) closeness to Putin. Andrey Guryev owns the second largest palace after Buckingham Palace in the UK (Witanhurst), valued at 350 million pounds.

The plaintiff is Russian refugee Igor Sychev, who has been living in Europe since 2016, due to repeated attempts on his life committed in a generally dangerous way in Russia.

Igor Sychev is a victim in a criminal case opened in Latvia in October 2022 on death threats made against him, accompanied by demands to drop the lawsuit against PhosAgro and Andrey Guryev.

In addition, the plaintiff is a victim in a criminal case opened in June 2023 by the London police in connection with information about Andrey Guryev's ordering his murder by poisoning in connection with this lawsuit.

Lord Justice Bean made a decision (case CA-2022-001211-B), in which he wrote that the plaintiff’s words that he is a victim in two criminal cases are “totally without merits.” This decision has actually terminated the lawsuit against PhosAgro and its owners without consideration on the merits”.

When Lord Justice Bean, PhosAgro and Guryev saw information about their success on their Wikipedia pages, they hired a special person to remove it and make sure that this text did not appear again. For some reason, neither Lord Justice Bean nor Putin's oligarchs want information about their “success” to be in the public space. They themselves are ashamed of the absurd decision of Lord Justice Bean.

And the icing on the cake - information about ordering my murder with the help of the Russian FSB began to arrive after the shameful decision of Lord Justice Bean was made.

I will further appeal this decision, but since the corruption on the part of the oligarchs through their British lawyer Edward Crosse of Simmons & Simmons is total, as is directly stated in the emails about ordering my murder, I will do this a little later. Before this, appropriate steps need to be taken in connection with the corrupt activities of this Mr Crosse of Simmons & Simmons .
