The Purpose of the book. To understand a leader from the Egos.

The Lesson learn: Will help, identify your personal Egos, which will make you a better leader.

TEACHING OF THE BOOK.

The birth of the ego is a part of every human. As mentioned, the ego is the real you. That part of you, which desire to be the person you want to be. It is an inborn part of human to think of themselves to be better. It is the reason, people seek education, new job, new home or leave their country of birth to seek greater opportunities. Ego is the driving force that cause a person to take adventure with their life on return of a better opportunity. However, the birth of an ego come with advantage and disadvantage.

Advantages.

• better opportunities.
• An improve life.
• You get new experience, Knowledge and meet new people.
• Globalizations/you become global minded and view the world better.
• New developments/you are able developed your personal skills and knowledge.

Disadvantages.

• Expose to hate and violence/ following after your ego, can expose you to hate and violence. There are just too many people out there desiring the same ego. Or are enemies of progress.
• Discriminations/ Many people are discriminated in the pursuit of their ego. The issues of distortive jealousy can play a major role against your effects. For example, there is millions of people living on the street. You made wonder why are these people living such a life? There reason is many. But 95% are based on distortive jealousy. rather than constructive jealousy.

Distortive jealousy: Is when other want to be like you or want to have the ego or person power you have but they cannot, they try to harm you or destroy. Distortive jealousy had been a negative part of human society. People, harm others. Cause people to go homeless. Lost their job. Family or marry. Distortive jealousy is the ugliest part of human society.

A person story, after many years of education and leadership Africa, I have travel from Africa to the USA. I did two master's degree at a USA university and was on the path of making my life better. Groups of classmates, school workers and community try to destroy me because they were not as me. I had passed the university with a 4.00 GPA but was personal attracted by some of the people I had believe should had been there to support me in my education endeavors. They fought on destroying my GPA from a 4.00 to unnecessary issues that cause my GPA to fell in 90% averages in the two master's degree. After collage they try to take away my live in many ways. They went after me in apartment and toke away my properties, car and many others. I end live on the street sleeping in the street. I take the case to court they went after me in the court using the judge to deny me justice. I left from one State to another, rebuilding my life. Getting a new home, car and everything back. they came over and toke away everything using people in the government and police. The point is I had never committed a crime in my life. I had never had a negative life. But these are going on.

This point out the process of Distortive jealousy against the Ego of a person, to be better. Distortive jealousy is the negative factor which can prevent anyone from becoming successful in birthing their Ego.

There are millions of people in different situations. Such as job achievement, Educations, Marriage, buying a new home or making like better. The negative effect against an ego can cause anyone to never reach such Ego or birth the desire of their Ego.

The Birth of Ego in Leadership.

The negativities, distortive jealousy, do not only destroy community, family, school, or religion. It also goes into political leadership. Or other areas of leadership. Most leader around the world face the same in birthing their Ego. The fast is Ego, is a strong part of leadership. It drives a person to leadership. Many people with a high Ego, are likely become a leader. Reason is leadership need a person with a strong Ego. It is not wrong to follow your Ego as many believe. But the birth of a Ego come with advantages and disadvantages.

?Note: No leader Egos emerged, from the experience of a job. Or the level of the education of that leader. Every leader is born with a personal Egos. For Egos are birth, within the DNA, of a child, biological chemistry.? Egos is the Personalities of the real you. The ability of a leader, or a person, to act and behave apart from the effect, and shaping of their environment or ecosystem. This is the quality, which created the uncertainty, of which person will make a better leader. For every child, is born with a gifted ability of an Egos, which make that child special in its own way. Never, try training a leader into an Egos, for every leader is born with their own personal Egos.
