Bristol-based Anderson Financial Management win Chartered Firm of the Year

Anderson Financial Management was awarded the St. James’s Place Chartered Firm of the Year earlier this month. The team of Bristol-based financial advisers were up against tough competition from other firms nationally to win this new award. They were singled out for their professionalism and knowledge, how they treat their clients, and the positive impact they have on their local community.

Anderson Financial Management has offered high-quality financial advice to individuals and businesses in the South West since 2007. In that time, the firm has grown to a team of 11, including four Chartered Financial Planners, an apprentice and two former apprentices.

Tony Anderson, Chartered Financial Planner and Managing Director of Andersons says: “This award is the ultimate recognition of everything we’ve sought to create at Andersons over the years. It is down to all of the team’s hard work, our strong values, ethics and high professional standards.

“We put our clients at the centre of everything we do in order to give them the best experience possible. And we are proud that the judges highlighted this client focus, as well as our emphasis on team development and community work, in their reasons for presenting us with this award. We constantly strive to create a positive impact on people and our community.”?

Edward Grant, Director at St. James’s Place adds: “Winning the SJP Chartered Firm of the Year award is a brilliant achievement. Anderson Financial Management demonstrated a passion for their clients, employees and community. Through great customer focus, investing in the development of their team and superb partnerships with local charities and initiatives.”

Chartered Financial Adviser at Andersons, Alena Zavarin, also won an award for one of the highest marks achieved nationally in the Personal Tax & Trust Planning module of the Chartered exam syllabus. And Marcus Dunk, on the team of Chartered Financial Advisers at Andersons, was recognised for his work supporting NHS organisations and employees with their financial wellbeing.
